The Graduate Degree Program in International Relations at Mente Argentina offers an enriching 15-month academic journey designed for those aiming to deepen their expertise in international politics, global economics, and international security, with a special emphasis on Latin America.

MASTER DEGREE PROGRAM IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS: HOST UNIVERSITY

Universidad de Belgrano was founded in 1964 by Dr.Avelino Porto and has grown to become one of Argentina's leaders in higher education. HYBRID TEACHING FORMAT
In line with a decree from the Minister of Education of Argentina for all private and public universities, the University of Belgrano has adopted a hybrid teaching format for our Master’s Program in International Relations. This approach combines synchronous live online classes with a few essential in-person sessions.
Program Delivery Details:

Mode of Instruction: The core of the program will be delivered through live online classes accessible globally, scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7 PM to 10 PM.

In-Person Requirement: To enrich the learning experience, there will be 3-4 mandatory full-day sessions per semester in Buenos Aires, integral for direct interaction with faculty and peers.

Flexibility: Although it’s not mandatory to reside in Buenos Aires for the entire program, we highly recommend doing so. Being in the city enhances your opportunity to immerse in the local culture, engage in networking, and seek employment. Staying locally also allows you to improve your Spanish language skills and vocabulary through mandatory in-person Spanish language courses and culturally immersive activities with other Mente Argentina Participants.

Visa and Residency: The hybrid format of the program is fully compatible with student visa requirements. Students are encouraged to arrive early for intensive Spanish courses and have the flexibility to travel in and out of Argentina according to their academic and preferred schedule.

EARLY START- ADD-ON?
If you’re looking to enhance your Spanish skills before embarking on the Master’s Degree Program in International Relations, you have the flexibility to arrive early and participate in our intensive Spanish courses. This optional component is designed to help you immerse yourself in the language and better adapt to life in Buenos Aires.
You can start your Spanish lessons several weeks before the program begins and choose between group classes or individual lessons. Group classes, conducted Monday through Friday for 4 hours per day, are held in small groups of up to 8 students, providing a supportive learning environment. Alternatively, we offer private one-on-one lessons for a more personalized approach. Our highly qualified teachers deliver interactive and engaging lessons, ensuring that your language learning experience is both effective and enjoyable.
