The Universidad del Salvador (USAL) is a private University founded in 1956. The USAL is considered to be one of the finest academic institutions in South America, and with more than one hundred agreements with foreign institutions, is a pioneer in international cooperation and student exchanges in Argentina.
The Universidad del Salvador, with academic excellence and international experience, opens its programs to highly qualified international students who wish to improve their knowledge and understanding of local and regional affairs. Students concentrating in Latin American arts, culture, history, politics, literature, Spanish or business benefit from the immersion in regular classes with degree- seeking students. A high level of Spanish language proficiency is required.
The USAL has 23,000 students distributed among 74 undergraduate degree programs and 81 graduate degrees. Among the most traditional and largest programs are Medicine, Tourism, Social Sciences, Modern Languages, International Trade.

Study Abroad Program Options at Universidad del Salvador
Depending on your current Spanish Level you can choose from the following programs:
- Latin American Studies in Spanish (Semester Courses taught in Spanish for international students + Spanish Language Courses)
- Integrated Studies (Semester Courses taught in Spanish + Spanish Language Courses + Courses with Argentine Students )
Students may choose to take courses directly from one of the programs or mix and match courses from various programs.
